We offer public seminars on stress management. If you are interested please register your interest and we will tell you when an opportunity arises in your area.

We offer a free consultation to discuss the issues as they relate to your business. We will also give you an overview of your legal responsibilities with regard to stress and your employees.

Management Briefings

We offer short briefings on stress management. We cover the main issues involved and how they can effect productivity. We will look at how to identify those suffering with stress and what to do when someone returns to work after a stress related illness. We will also identify the main causes of stress in the workplace and how they can be addressed.

Obviously what we can cover is determined by the length of time available.
