Policy

Here are some of our policies. They are pretty standard in most cases and unlike some businesses we feel you should be able to see these up front. Ours are better than most and we don't like to hide things in small print. If you have any questions please contact us.

Payments

You will receive an Invoice for the required amount from us and you are expected to pay it within 14 days unless you have made a special arrangement with us. Places on a seminar are limited and if we do not receive payment we will open the place for someone else to book.

If the amount we have quoted for the training is more than £500 you will be expected to pay a 25% deposit. See the cancellation policies below for information on what happens if the training can't go ahead.

For In-house Training

If we have to cancel:

In the rare event that we have to cancel an event we will give you the option of transferring to another date or a full refund.

If you want to change the date or venue:

Please inform us as soon as you are aware of the necessity for the change. If the new date or venue is acceptable to us then there is no extra charge providing the venue does not involve more travel. If more travel is required we will let you know of any price increases before the event.

If you need to cancel the training:

  • If there are 28 days or more left* until the event there will be no charge (your deposit will be repaid if you have made one).
  • If there are less than 28 days* then you be billed for 25% of the full amount.
  • If there are less than 14 days* then you will be billed for 50% of the full amount.
  • If there are less than 2 days* then you will be billed the full amount.

We are sorry to have to make this charge but there are administrative fees to cover for the event even if you can't make it; and when we have booked a date with you it means it is not open to others. If we did manage to find someone to take the date of your training then there will be no charge for you.

* This does not include the actual day of training.

Seminars

If we have to cancel:

If you want to transfer your place:

If you need to transfer your training session to another person you should inform us immediately. There is no charge for transferring your place but we do like to be informed as certificates may have the wrong name on them.

If you need to cancel your training:

  • If there are 28 days or more left* until the event you will receive a full refund.
  • If there are less than 28 days* then you will receive a refund of the full amount less 25%.
  • If there are less than 14 days* then you will receive a refund of the full amount less 50%.
  • If there are less than 2 days* then you will not receive any refund.
